About The Position

Role Summary: Lead business analysis for large/multi stream programs driving requirements strategy process design and stakeholder alignment while guiding a team of BAs to deliver high quality outcomes
Requirements
- 15 years BA experience with 5 years in a Lead/Manager role
- Strong in enterprise analysis Agile/SAFe delivery and cross-team coordination
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Tools: JIRA,Azure DevOps, SQL, data analysis
Nice To Haves
- Insurance, banking modernization, cloud migration or platform transformation
- Duck Creek/Guidewire, .NET
- CBAP, SAFe, Lean certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead BA team across multiple workstreams define standards templates and governance
- Drive complex requirements, elicitation, user stories, BRD-FRD and end to end process design
- Conduct impact analysis, process modelling and solution validation with architecture and QA
- Manage stakeholder alignment prioritization scope decisions and business sign offs
- Support Agile/SAFe ceremonies
- UAT planning, defect triage and delivery readiness
