Requirements

  • 15+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • 5+ years in a Lead or Manager role
  • Strong expertise in enterprise analysis and large‑scale program delivery
  • Extensive experience with Agile and SAFe frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑team dependencies and complex stakeholder environments
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Jira
  • Azure DevOps
  • SQL / data analysis tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance or Banking domains experience
  • Experience with modernization programs, cloud migration, or platform transformations
  • Exposure to platforms such as Duck Creek, Guidewire, or .NET‑based ecosystems
  • CBAP, SAFe, Lean, or similar certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts across multiple workstreams
  • Define and enforce BA standards, templates, and governance practices
  • Ensure consistency and quality in requirements and process documentation
  • Drive complex requirements elicitation and documentation (User Stories, BRD, FRD)
  • Lead end‑to‑end process design, process modeling, and impact analysis
  • Partner with Architecture and QA teams for solution validation and sign‑off
  • Manage stakeholder alignment, prioritization, scope decisions, and business approvals
  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and decision‑making forums
  • Ensure shared understanding of goals, requirements, priorities, and timelines
  • Support Agile / SAFe ceremonies and cross‑team coordination
  • Lead UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and delivery readiness
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Leadership
