The Lead BCBA/LBA is responsible for the clinical leadership, supervision, and performance of behavior analytic services within Community Living. This role ensures that all behavioral services are clinically sound, consistently implemented, and aligned with BACB standards, Missouri LBA regulations, DMH expectations, and BHA policies. The Lead BCBA/LBA maintains a reduced caseload while overseeing the supervision and development of BCBAs and clinical staff, review and approval of behavior plans and assessments, referral review and clinical appropriateness of incoming individuals, and system-wide fidelity of implementation within residential environments. This role operates within a DSP-implemented residential model, requiring a strong focus on staff training systems, clinical consistency across homes, and real-time problem solving. The Lead BCBA/LBA is accountable for ensuring that clinical services are effective, scalable, and implemented with fidelity across all environments and staff.
