The BCBA/LBA is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of all behavioral and skill acquisition programming within Community Living residential settings. This role ensures that Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services are clinically sound, consistently implemented, and aligned with BACB standards, Missouri LBA regulations, and BHA policies. The BCBA/LBA operates within a residential service delivery model, where interventions are implemented primarily by Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). As such, this role has a critical responsibility for staff training, coaching, and ensuring fidelity of implementation across all environments and shifts. The BCBA/LBA is accountable for ensuring that individuals receive effective, data-driven, and person-centered behavioral supports that improve safety, independence, and quality of life.
