At Key Connections ABA Services, LLC, we specialize in working with individuals whose challenges can be medically complex, have a dual diagnosis, and have co-existing mental health challenges. With our ABA Services in Greater Boston and center based services Chelmsford, Massachusetts, we help our clients learn self-reflection, self-regulation protocols, and adaptive social skills that are useful in their daily lives. Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills

Nice To Haves

Experience supervising direct-care staff preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Analyze client data and make treatment decisions based on measurable progress
Provide parent training, caregiver support, and collaboration with school teams
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
