About The Position

Autism Behavioral Health (ABH) is hiring a BCBA to join our dynamic team. We have a full-time salaried position with benefits available. This role involves conducting FBAs, overseeing treatment planning, conducting IOA and fidelity of implementation on staff, organizing and analyzing data, reviewing treatment plans, developing and overseeing implementation of ABA programs, communicating with funding sources, and providing staff training.

Requirements

• Master degree or higher in the education field or related field
• BCBA or BCBA-D
• LBA in Connecticut
• Minimum of 2 years experience in supervision (In-home / Telehealth experience highly preferred)
• 3 years of Experience working with individuals with ASD
• Valid Connecticut Driver's License
• Proof of valid Car Insurance
• Good driving record
• Clean Background check
• Must have availability in the evenings (until 6pm)
• BCBA (Required)
• LBA in CT or willing to obtain

Nice To Haves

• In-home / Telehealth experience highly preferred
