About The Position

At Gracent Pediatric Therapies, we provide built-in supervision opportunities and experiences to help you meet and exceed BACB requirements. Our fellowship model leads to a high first-attempt pass rate for the BCBA exam. We offer roles for students working toward fieldwork hours, including Assistant Clinical Coordinator (ACC) for those needing 1,000 hours and Lead Assistant Clinical Coordinator (LACC) for those with 1,000+ hours seeking more responsibility. We focus on providing systematic experiences like intakes, discharges, and unrestricted activities, along with leadership practice and interdisciplinary collaboration. Our program offers a clear career path from ACC to LACC to BCBA, ensuring you are well-prepared to thrive in your career.

Requirements

Enrolled in graduate-level ABA coursework, working toward BCBA certification
RBT-certified
Have 1,000+ total fieldwork hours (for Lead ACC) OR are working toward it (for ACC)
Patient, compassionate, and comfortable leading and coaching others
Quick to learn new systems and tech (we’ll train you on ours)

Responsibilities

Partner with a Clinical Director to complete unrestricted supervision activities
Provide direct therapy as part of client teams
Mentor and coach Behavior Therapists with real-time feedback
Lead family training to help therapy carry into home and community life
