About The Position

At Gracent Pediatric Therapy in St. Charles, IL, we are looking for a BCBA in training to join our team. In this role, you will work as a Registered Behavior Technician, while also assisting the Clinical Director with unrestricted supervision activities for a caseload of clients. You must currently be enrolled in a graduate-level ABA course and working towards your BCBA certification. Requirements

Currently enrolled in or completed graduate-level ABA courses, and actively working towards certification as a BCBA.
1 year of experience conducting ABA therapy with clients with Autism.
Active RBT certification with the BACB.
Background in teaching, assisting, counseling, or coaching.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to pick up new technology quickly.
Ability to enter notes, assessments, and treatment summaries after each session into an electronic medical system.

Responsibilities

Work as a Registered Behavior Technician.
Assist the Clinical Director with unrestricted supervision activities for a caseload of clients.
Provide a life-changing service that affects entire families.
Maintain a role as a Behavior Therapist for approximately half the hours.
Lead Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) training classes for onboarding and ongoing training.
