About The Position
At Gracent Pediatric Therapies, we provide a structured fellowship model designed to help you meet and exceed BACB requirements for BCBA certification. Our program ensures you receive comprehensive supervision, leadership practice, study support, and interdisciplinary collaboration. We offer a clear career path from Assistant Clinical Coordinator (ACC) to Lead Assistant Clinical Coordinator (LACC) and finally to BCBA. Our approach leads to a high first-attempt pass rate for the BCBA exam. We cater to individuals at different stages of their fieldwork hours, whether they are working towards 1,000 hours or have already accumulated them. Our model emphasizes built-in experiences, not just box-checking, ensuring you gain practical skills in intakes, discharges, and unrestricted activities. You will also have opportunities to practice leadership, collaborate with other disciplines, and develop strong clinical judgment. Requirements
- Enrolled in graduate-level ABA coursework, working toward BCBA certification
- RBT-certified
- Have 1,000+ total fieldwork hours (for Lead ACC) OR are working toward it (for ACC)
- Patient, compassionate, and comfortable leading and coaching others
- Quick to learn new systems and tech (we’ll train you on ours)
Responsibilities
- Partner with a Clinical Director to complete unrestricted supervision activities
- Provide direct therapy as part of client teams
- Mentor and coach Behavior Therapists with real-time feedback
- Lead family training to help therapy carry into home and community life
