Lead BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst- In Clinic
About The Position

You will work in a clinic setting with peer BCBAs, enjoying autonomy and variety while driving clinical outcomes. We also care for our clinical team through a fellowship program with a high first-time BCBA exam pass rate, ensure all Behavior Technicians are RBT certified, and maintain manageable caseloads for Clinical Supervisors to provide ample support.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State Licensure where required
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
- Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
- Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
- Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
- Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
- Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
