About The Position

At Gold Vine ABA, we believe in being the place “Where Every Family’s Journey Takes Root.” We are a family-owned, BCBA-led organization providing compassionate, ethical care to children ages 2–14 in a supportive clinic environment. Because we are clinician-led, we protect your clinical boundaries and prioritize long-term outcomes over daily billable quotas. At Gold Vine, you aren't just a supervisor ticking boxes—you are a vital clinical leader in our family. We built our clinic to change the experience for BCBAs who feel overworked, unsupported, and disconnected from leadership. When you join our team, you can expect manageable caseloads, zero admin tasks handled by a dedicated administrative team, full coverage of insurance licensure fees, opportunities for CEUS and paid ABA conferences, on-site clinical leadership with a local Clinical Director, structured onboarding for the first 90 days, and a strong work-life balance with clear expectations and leadership support. As our clinic expands, this role offers natural pathways into advanced clinical leadership, program development, or director-level positions.
