About The Position

Gold Vine is a family-owned, BCBA-led organization providing compassionate, ethical care to children ages 2–14 in a supportive clinic environment. This part-time role is specifically designed for BCBAs who want to stay connected to high-quality clinical work and make a real impact without the burnout of a full-time caseload. We built our clinic to change the experience for part-time BCBAs who often feel stretched thin, unsupported, and frustrated by fluctuating paychecks when clients cancel. Requirements

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
Ability to work part-time in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic.
Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills.
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Nice To Haves

Experience conducting assessments and developing clinic-based treatment plans.
Experience supervising RBTs or mentoring student analysts.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide high-quality, in-person supervision, case oversight, and hands-on training to RBTs.
Review clinical data, update programming based on client progress, and run collaborative parent training sessions.
Maintain precise documentation in accordance with BACB, payer, and clinic standards.
Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration as appropriate for your schedule.
