We are opening in Chicago's West Loop and building something meant to last - a restaurant with institutional character, operational discipline, and a genuine point of view. The Role: A lead bartender delivers exceptional hospitality by crafting high-quality beverages, managing open tabs accurately, and maintaining a welcoming, sanitary bar environment. The lead bartender oversees the stock of beer, food, and bar supplies and will also be responsible for opening and closing duties, inventory maintenance, and helping the company fulfill its business goals.
