About The Position

The Lead Barista leads the team at the franchised Starbucks located within the Marriott Orlando Downtown. The role serves hotel guests and the Downtown Orlando community by preparing Starbucks beverages and food, maintaining store operations and standards, supporting team development, and delivering friendly, high-quality customer service. The Lead Barista collaborates with Marriott Orlando Downtown management and follows Starbucks corporate guidelines to optimize store performance.

Requirements

• Barista experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Starbucks products and adherence to quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
• Passion for outstanding customer service and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
