About The Position

The Lead Barista works at the franchised Starbucks located within the Marriott Orlando Downtown, serving hotel guests and the Creative Village and Downtown Orlando community. The role leads the barista team and helps deliver high-quality Starbucks beverages, food, and customer service while maintaining a clean, welcoming store. It also supports training, inventory and equipment management, customer concerns, and daily store performance in coordination with Marriott Orlando Downtown management and Starbucks corporate guidelines.

Requirements

Proven barista experience; leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Starbucks products and adherence to quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexible availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
Passion for outstanding customer service and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
