About The Position

The Lead Barista works at PJ’s Coffee within PENN Entertainment, a fast-paced entertainment environment. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must obtain and maintain valid alcohol serving permits.
• Previous cash handling experience is an asset.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience is helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Available to work the required schedule, which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Must meet professional appearance standards prescribed by company policy.
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
• Able to work in constricting areas and tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.
• Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environments.
• Physically mobile, with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 pounds, and to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance in varying work areas, including confined spaces.
