If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role We are seeking a Lead, Bakery-Cookies to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. In this role, you will ensure production procedures are followed, maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, and support efficient and high‑quality production operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, frozen, dusty, and loud environments
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

  • Prior manufacturing experience
  • Food manufacturing experience
  • Strong communication and observational skills
  • Proven ability to adapt to frequent production line changes
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with production procedures, GMPs, and food safety requirements
  • Support equipment setup, changeovers, and line stoppages based on production needs
  • Follow production running order and recipes to maintain product quality
  • Maintain accurate shift documentation and production reporting
  • Support standardization of procedures to improve efficiency and product quality
  • Work effectively in fast‑paced, changing production environments
  • Collaborate as an active member of a highly functioning production team
