1st Shift Russell Stoll Lead Assembler
About The Position
ABB is hiring a Lead Assembler for its Russell Stoll operation in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The role is onsite and reports to the Master Schedule Planner. The position works 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed to meet customer demand. The assembler safely operates a variety of machines that run similarly, adapts to changing priorities involving machines, teams, products, or volume, and meets operating standards. Other duties may be assigned. ABB Installation Products Division provides products for electrical power connection, protection, and distribution, including solutions for commercial, residential, utility, and industrial applications. Manufacturing includes made-to-stock and custom-made solutions. Candidates must have work authorization permitting employment with ABB in the United States; the posting states that sponsorship will not be offered.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
- Ability to read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to present information to individuals, groups, or clients through reports or correspondence.
- Work authorization permitting employment with ABB in the United States.
