1st Shift Russell Stoll Lead Assembler
About The Position
The Lead Assembler works onsite in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and reports to the Master Schedule Planner. The role involves safely operating a variety of similar machines, adapting to changing priorities across machines, teams, products, or production volume, and meeting established standards. The schedule is 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed to meet customer demand. Other duties may be assigned. ABB Installation Products Division provides electrical power connection, protection, and distribution products, including solutions for commercial, residential, utility, and industrial applications. The division manufactures both made-to-stock and custom-made products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
- Ability to read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to present information to individuals, groups, or clients through reports or correspondence.
- Work authorization that permits employment with ABB in the United States.
