In our growing organization, you’ll lead the art direction and execution for project-specific work in our Minecraft division. You’ll deliver high-impact assets that raise quality standards, while helping the team stay aligned on visual goals and feedback. You’ll support planning, reviews, and production across disciplines, and help the team respond to IP feedback without losing momentum. You’ll bring strong game art pipeline experience, and you’ll grow your leadership skills as you mentor other artists and help strengthen how we build and ship art at Gamemode One. This role is listed at an "Experienced" level. We are looking for someone who already has strong experience creating production-ready game art and contributing to an art pipeline in a team setting. We are looking for someone who will be confident taking ownership of project art quality and alignment. You will raise the quality bar while helping the team ship great work. This is likely not the role for you if you are still building core game art fundamentals or aren’t comfortable with leading and supporting other artists.
