CTS Lead Applications Developer
About The Position
The Lead Applications Developer provides technical leadership for the design, development, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of the organization’s business applications and software solutions. This position leads application development initiatives, translates business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions, and ensures applications meet business, security, performance, and usability requirements. The Lead Applications Developer serves as a technical resource and mentor to other developers, establishes development standards and best practices, oversees application testing and deployment, and collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve systems and processes.
Requirements
