About The Position

VIP is currently seeking a Lead Application Trainer to join our Supplier Implementation Team. In this role, you will support new wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverage suppliers as they onboard our software. Lead Application Trainers collaborate closely within a team environment to support a designated group of customers, guiding them through the implementation process and helping ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience. You will serve as a key VIP point of contact during supplier implementations, assisting in the creation and execution of implementation project plans while maintaining strong communication with customer project sponsors. This is a highly customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Build positive, professional, and trusted relationships with supplier customers while guiding them through the onboarding and implementation process.
Assist customers in understanding the quality, reliability, and value of our data and how it supports the success of their products.
Serve as a primary point of contact during implementations, providing updates and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
Address customer questions and concerns in a timely manner and connect them with the appropriate internal resources.
Able to efficiently follow through with projects, start to finish.
Be self-directing and proactive.
