About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking an experienced Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team at Cresta Ranch, a 240-unit Tax Credit apartment community in Santa Fe, NM. Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Three to four years of related experience or training
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Ability to work independently
• EPA or HVAC certification is required
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents
