The mission of the Blue Square Alliance Against Hate (BSA) is to win the hearts and minds of non-Jews and Jews through powerful positive messaging and partnerships, motivating and equipping them to be defenders of and upstanders for Jews. BSA focuses on spreading the Blue Square and associated programs to spur action by people of all backgrounds. Working with a network of partners, BSA leverages unique monitoring technology to drive effective rapid response to Jewish hate and all hate, in addition to proactive programs that galvanize popular support for the Jewish community. The Lead Antisemitism Research Analyst will be passionate about using data and research to deeply understand and support BSA’s efforts to educate and engage people in standing up to Jewish hate. As the primary research lead and point of contact for the BSA Command Center, this role will lead monitoring and analysis using social media listening tools and support the design and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative market research, including BSA’s national tracking study on antisemitism, the largest of its kind in the United States. The Lead Research Analyst will translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights that inform messaging, campaigns, partnerships, and public-facing content. This role will also provide research analysis on specific topics and trends related to antisemitism and hate, support strategic initiatives across the organization, and collaborate with partner organizations to share data and insights that advance their missions.
