The Lead, Analytics Consultant will lead and participate in client-facing and internal meetings, such as scoping sessions and project kickoffs. This role involves using professional and expert methods for eliciting client needs based on current practices, and working with clients to build a vision for their future requirements. The consultant will apply subject matter expertise to help clients build that future state vision, document and gain agreement on the scope of work, and use modern collaboration tools for communication of expectations, progress, and deliverables. Responsibilities include developing and distributing high-quality digital deliverables (reports, analysis, dashboards), aligning client needs with product, engineering, and professional services team goals, identifying and correcting problematic data/data structures, and identifying data management process improvement opportunities. The role also involves documenting observations in feedback systems, standardizing and automating processes to improve cost to serve clients and scale the business, acting as a data subject matter expert (SME) for data stewardship and validation, and collaborating with other data stewards on optimal data management and reporting practices. The consultant will develop subject expertise in data and analytics supporting Avetta (Clients, Suppliers, Workforce), maintain an active social presence to build an expert audience, partner with other teams to promote the Avetta way through data and analytics, and identify new services and analytics by researching technical and strategic options. This includes suggesting and building business cases for new services, continuously improving methods, analytics, and services, and contributing to the onboarding and development of new talent to ensure cost-effective practice evolution and growth.
