Lead Analytics Consultant
About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant. This role is in the office three days a week and work from home two days a week. In this role, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify reporting, analytics, automation, and operational improvement opportunities. You will gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, and translate complex business challenges into scalable reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. You will design and deliver executive dashboards, performance metrics, scorecards, and business insights. You will establish KPI frameworks, metric definitions, reporting standards, and data governance practices. You will analyze business, portfolio, delivery, workforce, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Technology Leaders, and delivery teams to prioritize and implement solutions. You will lead reporting and analytics initiatives through requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities. You will support the modernization of reporting processes through automation, centralized reporting, and self-service analytics capabilities. You will evaluate and support AI-enabled analytics solutions that improve productivity, insight generation, and business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Technology Consulting, Product Delivery, or related experience.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience developing reporting, analytics, dashboards, or business intelligence solutions.
- Experience partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver technology-driven solutions.
- 3+ years of experience designing and delivering executive reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, scorecards, and analytics solutions.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, or similar analytics and reporting platforms.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, data transformation, and business intelligence solutions.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar enterprise collaboration and delivery platforms.
- Experience implementing automation, AI, or advanced analytics solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience translating complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and working within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of data governance, reporting standards, and data quality practices.
- Experience supporting cloud-based analytics and reporting environments.

- Relevant certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or related technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
