About The Position

Vistex is seeking a Lead Consultant Analytics responsible for hands-on delivery of Vistex Analytics solutions (On-prem/cloud based/hybrid). This role requires a blend of functional and technical expertise to develop Vistex Analytics solutions tailored to customer needs. The position involves communicating effectively with customers, stakeholders, and project teams, gathering and analyzing customer requirements, and translating them into solution designs. The consultant will design and develop data models, create and maintain reports and dashboards, and analyze and present data in a clear, actionable manner. They will also manage customer escalations, identify and manage project risks, and support project management activities within a global delivery model. Building strong working relationships, understanding Vistex functionality, and expanding technical knowledge are key. The role may also involve participating in the sales process as a subject matter expert and demonstrating ownership and a results-focused approach. Travel may be required for client-facing engagements.

Requirements

Hands-on delivery of Vistex Analytics solutions (On-prem/cloud based/hybrid).
Functional and technical expertise to develop Vistex Analytics solutions.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
Experience designing and developing data models.
Experience developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using applicable reporting and visualization tools.
Ability to analyze and present data and complex information in a clear, actionable manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience managing customer escalations and challenging project situations.
Ability to identify and manage project risks and issues.
Experience supporting project management activities.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a global delivery model and across cross-functional teams.
Ability to build strong working relationships through proactive communication, collaboration, and networking.
Willingness to develop a strong understanding of Vistex functionality and continuously expand technical and advisory knowledge.
Willingness to participate in the sales process as a subject matter expert when needed.
