Collaboration tools will be used to communicate expectations, progress, and status. The role includes developing and distributing high-quality, digital deliverables like reports, analyses, and dashboards. The consultant will align client needs with product, engineering, and professional services team goals, identify and help correct data issues, and find opportunities for data management process improvements. Documentation of observations in feedback systems and continuous efforts to standardize and automate processes for cost-effectiveness and scalability are key. As a data subject matter expert (SME), the role involves data stewardship, ensuring accurate reporting through continuous improvement and validation. Collaboration with other data stewards to develop and follow optimal data management and reporting practices is expected. Developing expertise in data supporting Clients, Suppliers, and Workforce is crucial. Maintaining an active social presence to build an expert audience, partnering with teams for events promoting data and analytics, and impactful storytelling are also part of the role. Continuous research into technical and strategic options for new services and analytics, building business cases for new services, and improving methods, analytics, and services are ongoing responsibilities. Additionally, the role focuses on onboarding and developing new talent quickly to support the practice's cost-effective evolution and growth.
