Requirements

  • 6 to 9+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital strategy, or analytics advisory roles
  • Proven experience defining MarTech strategy or transformation roadmaps
  • Hands‑on exposure to enterprise marketing platforms in regulated environments
  • Strong experience partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Consulting or advisory experience supporting large‑scale marketing or analytics initiatives
  • MarTech strategy and transformation
  • Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (conceptual and applied understanding)
  • Marketing analytics frameworks and KPI alignment
  • Stakeholder advisory and executive communication
  • Governance model design and best‑practice definition
  • Business‑to‑technology translation capabilities

  • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) exposure
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) familiarity

Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate our MarTech vision, goals, and transformation roadmap
  • Align marketing strategy, data strategy, and technology capabilities across Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Advise stakeholders on Adobe platform adoption, sequencing, and integration decisions
  • Translate business objectives into actionable MarTech and analytics use cases
  • Establish governance models, operating principles, and best practices for MarTech execution
  • Support value realization by linking MarTech capabilities to measurable marketing outcomes
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive alignment on priorities, scope, and success metrics
  • Partner with delivery leads (CJA, AEP, reporting, tagging) to ensure strategic alignment
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational readiness gaps impacting MarTech success
  • Contribute thought leadership and strategic guidance across the Adobe program
