About The Position

The Lead Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end supplier onboarding, prequalification, and information update processes in compliance with company policy. This role actively maintains accurate supplier master data records across systems, resolves discrepancies, and serves as the primary contact for supplier information management inquiries and insurance. Additionally, the position collaborates with cross-functional teams to monitor supplier risks, manage annual 1099 tax reporting and filing, and drive process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Knowledge of Google Suite, SAP, Business Warehouse, and modern procurement tools (e.g. Coupa, Ariba, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication.

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of master data management, supply chain or data analytics, procurement operations, or related experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee offshore service providers, while also collaborating with Legal, Risk Management and other stakeholders to ensure the appropriate risk class and insurance coverage are sufficient.
Engage with suppliers and associates on onboarding, prequalification, insurance, and updates per company standards. Partner across corporate groups and divisions to monitor performance and mitigate risk. Serve as a supplier data expert, guiding Associates on requirements, escalations, and fraud detection.
Analyze and process onboarding and information update requests for new and existing suppliers.
Actively maintain supplier master data records, ensuring accuracy across contact, tax, banking, payment, and licensing details.
Conduct monthly reconciliations of supplier data between the systems (SAP and Coupa), identifying and resolving record discrepancies.
Reply to internal and external inquiries regarding supplier information, credentials and insurance.
Partner with Source-to-Pay and Innovation Technology to continually evaluate and test existing supplier onboarding and risk monitoring tools, identifying process improvements and opportunities to streamline operations.
Prepare and process reports and analysis including the annual 1099 tax reporting and filing.
Support team training, process documentation, system enhancements, audits and special projects while identifying automation opportunities, and best practices to enhance the supplier onboarding, data collection and monitoring process and mitigate risk.
