Lead Affiliate Manager

Launch PotatoPhiladelphia, NY
Remote

About The Position

Launch Potato is a discovery and conversion company that reaches millions of people monthly through its brands. The company turns attention into outcomes for partners, aiming to create predictable, high-value customer acquisition at scale. Launch Potato is profitable, bootstrapped, headquartered in South Florida, and operates with a remote-first team across 18 countries. This role is US remote and requires the candidate to reside in a state where Launch Potato is registered to do business. The position exists to expand the publisher book, which is growing faster than the team can manage. The role involves owning a margin number from the start, managing accounts end-to-end, and onboarding quickly. The accounts will be built by the new hire rather than inherited. The role covers multiple verticals, including insurance, personal finance, and a wider partner network, offering an opportunity to broaden experience rather than specialize narrowly. The affiliate manager will promote Launch Potato's own offers.
