The Lead Advisor will embody the company culture, serving clients and leveraging centralized client experience, marketing, business development, and operations teams. The role acts as a Personal CFO, leading client relationships, delivering exceptional experiences, and designing wealth management plans. They will leverage internal and external resources for investment management, estate planning, tax planning, risk management, and general planning. The Lead Advisor will communicate the company's value proposition to prospective clients, develop community relationships, cultivate relationships with custodial retail branches, and represent Brighton Jones at public speaking events. They will also lead a local service team to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
