Yorktel is currently seeking a Lead Account Engineer who is a team member of a Client Dedicated Service Delivery Organization. The Lead Account Engineer will apply his or her industry knowledge, experience, interpersonal skills technical and administrative techniques to coordinate activities to implement visual communication solutions for their dedicated Client. The purpose of this role is to ensure Yorktel has engineering expertise and representation with Client in coordination with On-Site Technical Services Manager. In addition, the Lead Account Engineer will be the highest level of escalation within the account for troubleshooting by On-Site Technicians which includes following up with vendors & OEMs to track down solutions and fix potential issues in the environment. Will also be relied on for field deployment and ensuring proper onboarding of new rooms/locations in client environment
