About The Position

This role is responsible for reporting and following up on SSOP issues in a timely manner. The lead may lift, bend, push, pull, walk, and stand as required for any position in the area, filling in for breaks, emergencies, and absenteeism. The position may involve rotation and requires performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Adherence to all department safety rules is mandatory.

Requirements

Must have 8 points or less to be considered and must maintain 8 or less to remain in the position.
Must not have a written warning within the last 3 months or a written warning with suspension in the last 6 months.
Must be willing to become licensed to operate a pallet jack and forklift within 10 days.
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills to work with team members and management.
Must be capable of learning all positions in the area.
Position requires basic math skills.
Must be able to work without direct supervision.
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
