About The Position
Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Virginia-licensed LCSW Clinical Supervisor for a leadership-track role at a locally owned, growing mental health practice. The supervisor will maintain a manageable caseload while providing clinical supervision and mentorship to pre-licensed therapists, with the supervisee team growing to as many as six over the first several months. The position also supports clinic quality, hiring, training, team development, clinic growth, and community outreach, in partnership with ownership. Compensation is stated as $61–$84 per clinical hour, with the exact rate depending on payer mix, and estimated total annual compensation of $92,000–$114,000 when clinical pay, supervision stipend, and benefits are combined. A supervisor stipend of up to $2,400 per month grows with the team. Guaranteed pay is provided during a four-week onboarding period while the caseload is built. Full-time hires who start before the stated update date may receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid after 90 days. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with some evening availability needed. Requirements
- Active Virginia LCSW license and Virginia Board-Approved Supervisor status.
- One to two or more years of clinical supervision experience.
- A master's degree or higher in social work or a related behavioral science field.
- Strong working knowledge of Virginia mental health regulations.
- Mentoring orientation and interest in supporting early-career clinicians.
- Comfort working in a role where strong performance is rewarded.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of 20–22 clients per week.
- Provide weekly clinical supervision and mentorship to pre-licensed therapists (MSW/LMSW), building to a team of up to six supervisees over the first several months.

- Help shape hiring, training, and team development.
- Partner directly with ownership on clinic growth and community outreach.
