LCSW Clinical Supervisor - Leadership Track
About The Position
Ellie Mental Health is hiring a Virginia-licensed LCSW Clinical Supervisor for a locally owned, fast-growing mental health practice. This is a leadership-track role with opportunities to help build a team and shape the clinic as it grows. The supervisor will maintain a manageable caseload while providing clinical supervision and mentorship to pre-licensed therapists, with a team expected to grow to as many as six supervisees over the first several months. The role includes overseeing quality of care, documentation, and productivity; contributing to hiring, training, and team development; and partnering with ownership on clinic growth and community outreach. Compensation combines clinical pay, commission, a supervision stipend, and benefits. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with some evening availability needed.
Requirements
- Active Virginia LCSW license and Virginia Board-Approved Supervisor status.
- At least 1–2 years of clinical supervision experience; private practice experience is preferred.
- Master's degree or higher in social work or a related behavioral science field.
- Strong working knowledge of Virginia mental health regulations.
- A strong interest in mentoring supervisees and supporting early-career clinicians.
- Comfort working in a role where strong performance is rewarded.

Responsibilities
- Carry a caseload of 20–22 clients per week.
- Provide weekly clinical supervision and mentorship to pre-licensed therapists (MSW/LMSW), building toward a team of up to six supervisees.
- Oversee clinic quality of care, documentation, and productivity.
- Help shape hiring, training, and team development.
- Partner directly with ownership on clinic growth and community outreach.
