About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate in the Logistics Center, you help ensure customers receive products in a timely and efficient manner. You work as part of a team to meet deadlines and support customer satisfaction by accurately processing products across warehouse functions. The role may involve lifting heavy items and operating a forklift.

Requirements

• For level I roles, no previous warehouse experience is required; warehouse experience is preferred.
• For level II roles, at least 1 year of recent forklift or machine operating experience is required.
• Working knowledge of English is required for training and safety purposes.

• Previous warehouse experience for level I roles.

Responsibilities

• Verify products and perform picking, cycle counting, put-away, and receiving accurately.
• Receive packages properly and ensure they are put away correctly.
• Maintain the integrity of the cycle count process.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers appropriately.
• Unpack and check received goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Complete pick functions, including Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, and LTL Pick.
• Lift heavy items and, where applicable, operate a forklift.
