About The Position

The LC Associate performs multiple functions within the Logistics Center, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control, and uses material handling equipment. The role involves replenishing workstation supplies, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and meeting productivity, quality, performance, safety, attendance, and punctuality standards. The position pays $18.25 per hour.

Work takes place in a distribution center and may involve exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, high places, wet or humid conditions, and outside weather. Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime may be required as business needs dictate. Working knowledge of English is required for training and safety purposes.

Requirements

• Experience working in a warehouse.
• Comfort using a computer on a daily basis.
• Availability to work overtime when needed.
• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• RF scanner experience.
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk for 8–12 hours and pull a pallet jack when needed.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and occupational hazards.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of English for training and safety purposes.

• Rotate between Logistics Center functions, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
