Lay Coach, Baseball JV Coach (2026-2027 School Year)
About The Position
This position is for a Lay Coach for the JV Baseball team at East Ridge High School for the 2026-2027 school year. Supplements for cleared and hired lay coaches are paid as a one-time payment upon completion of activity and satisfactory inventory, after a sport/season has concluded. Applicants must apply and be eligible for Athletic Coaching certification through the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE). Additional costs are associated with becoming a Lay Coach, including FLDOE Certification Fees, Fingerprinting, Drug Test Fee, and CPR/AED/First Aid Certification. New hires will be contacted by Human Resources to review paperwork, certification, and testing requirements. This role does not provide for employment visa sponsorship. In accordance with Florida law, a public webpage is available for education and awareness of care provider background screening. Requirements
