Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in pest control or a supervisory/managerial role
  • A natural ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including some weekends and participation in an on-call rotation
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, smartphones, tablets, and field service software (such as PestPac)
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to obtain state-issued pest control licenses and certifications within 90 days (if not already held)

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of Lawn and Lawn Aeration Technicians, ensuring top-quality service is delivered to our customers across the community.
  • Coaching team members, evaluating their performance, assisting with training, and supporting their professional growth.
  • Daily route planning.
  • Resolving customer concerns.
  • Working across departments to improve efficiency and service outcomes.
