About The Position

For Garden’s Sake is a family-owned garden center and landscaping company seeking an experienced Lawn Maintenance Landscaper to join their team and lead their own route. The company offers customers a one-stop shop for plants, landscape design/installation, and lawn maintenance services. Requirements

MUST have a valid driver’s license with no major MVR infractions
Previous experience in landscape/lawn maintenance
Ability to operate equipment proficiently and safely
Ability to perform physical work in outdoor conditions, both hot and cold
Physical capability to lift greater than 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Mow, trim, and edge turf and beds for an overall neat and tidy appearance
Prune shrubs and maintain plant health
Weed and care for plants in beds
Blow leaves and brush from lawns, walkways, patios
Mulch installation
Seasonal aeration and seeding
Small-scale planting and annuals installation
Operate large machinery: trucks and trailers, ride-on and walk-behind mowers, etc.
Operate handheld equipment: blowers, weed eaters, aerators/seeders, etc.
Work closely with a team to produce a superior product that enhances our customers’ lifestyle
Routinely interact with clients and crew members in a professional manner
Create a positive work environment for fellow team members
