This role involves operating commercial lawn equipment, performing mowing, trimming, edging, and detail maintenance on residential and commercial properties, working efficiently with a crew leader, and maintaining equipment and company trucks.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working 8–10 hours outside in Florida weather.
• Dependable transportation to the shop by 7 AM.
• Prior lawn care experience (mowers, trimmers, blowers).

Responsibilities

• Operating commercial lawn equipment.
• Mowing, trimming, edging, and detail maintenance on residential & commercial properties.
• Working efficiently with your crew leader to maintain high standards.
• Keeping equipment and company trucks clean, organized, and ready for work.
