About The Position
For over 20 years, we’ve built North Florida's top lawn team by treating our crew like family. We don't just mow grass—we build careers, offer steady year-round pay, and run clean, top-tier equipment. This is a full-time position where you will be operating commercial lawn equipment, mowing, trimming, edging, and performing detail maintenance on residential and commercial properties. You will work efficiently with your crew leader to maintain high standards and keep equipment and company trucks clean, organized, and ready for work.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record required.
- Comfortable working 8–10 hours outside in Florida weather.
- Dependable transportation to our shop by 7 AM rollout.
- Prior lawn care experience (mowers, trimmers, blowers) is required.
Responsibilities
- Operating commercial lawn equipment.
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and detail maintenance on residential & commercial properties.
- Working efficiently with your crew leader to maintain high standards.
- Keeping equipment and company trucks clean, organized, and ready for work.
