Lawn Maintenance Account Manager
About The Position
Lawn Maintenance Account Manager Tired of working for a company that treats client retention as someone else's problem? At Horizon Landscape, our Account Managers are at the center of everything. You're the reason clients feel confident renewing year after year. The person who spots what a property needs before the client does, brings the solution to the table, and connects the dots between client expectations, production teams, and the company's growth goals. In this full-time role, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of lawn maintenance accounts, conduct site visits and quality walkthroughs, present enhancement proposals, generate estimates that protect margin, lead renewal conversations, and support maintenance supervisors and their crews in the field. You'll also keep client databases current and manage accounts receivable.
Requirements
- Account management experience in the green industry
- Genuine relationship-building skills backed by consistent follow-through
- Ability to communicate well in English and Spanish
- Ability to coach and lead field teams
