About The Position

This role requires an individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. The job involves working outdoors in challenging weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat, characteristic of Texas weather, particularly during very hot summers. The position also necessitates passing a drug test, a strength test, a background check, and DPS fingerprinting. Adherence to all company policies and willingness to perform other assigned or directed tasks by a Lead Worker or Supervisor are essential.

Requirements

• Ability to work without close supervision.
• Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions (extreme cold and extreme heat).
• Capability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand/walk 6-8 hours per day.
• Must pass drug and strength test, background check and DPS fingerprinting.
• Must comply with all company policies.
