Operate lawn maintenance equipment, demonstrate a professional manner, promote a therapeutic and supportive environment, and maximize productivity. Project a positive image of the Association, perform duties efficiently and safely, and ensure efficient and safe use of property, vehicles, and equipment. Prioritize training in preventive maintenance and safety on all equipment. Assist with maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and vehicles. Ensure all equipment is safe, serviced, and prepared for the next day's use. Submit accurate documentation as required by specific deadlines. Perform duties to the satisfaction of the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction is a primary concern and job performance is based on customer expectations. Specific lawn maintenance duties include mowing, weed-eating, edging, trimming shrubs and hedges, mulching, weeding, raking leaves, blowing off sidewalks and driveways, and picking up limbs and litter. All lawn maintenance performed will only include items decided upon at the start of the contract. Seek opportunities to represent the association in the public, promote compliance with Association rules and regulations, and work toward a consistent team approach with Association staff. Attend all In-Service and mandatory training if necessary. Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager or Executive Director.
