About The Position

Lawn Doctor, a small, locally owned business, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Lawn Care Specialists to join our team of experts in lawn fertilization, weed control, surface pest management, and mosquito prevention. If you’re passionate about creating vibrant, healthy outdoor spaces and enjoy working independently in the great outdoors, this role is perfect for you! As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will provide expert lawn care services using environmentally friendly, top-quality products. You will perform aeration, seeding, and pest treatments to keep lawns in peak condition. You will also serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, educating customers about our services and recommending tailored solutions. Additionally, you will operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively, and contribute to a positive team environment while meeting individual and team goals.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate machinery and lift over 50 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
