About The Position

This is an hourly, non-exempt position where you will be responsible for applying fertilizers and weed control products, identifying common lawn weeds, pests, and diseases, and operating various equipment. You will also interact with customers, provide excellent service, and maintain detailed records of services performed. The role requires working outdoors daily in various weather conditions and involves physical work, including lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers and weed control products
• Identify common lawn weeds, pests, and diseases
• Operate spreaders, sprayers, and other equipment
• Talk with customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Keep detailed notes on products used and services performed
• Work outside daily
