About The Position

This is an hourly, non-exempt position where you will be working outside daily, getting plenty of fresh air, sunshine, and steps. The role involves applying fertilizers and weed control products, learning to identify common lawn weeds, pests, and diseases, and operating various equipment. You will also interact with customers, providing friendly and helpful service, and maintaining detailed records of services performed.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Enjoys working outdoors in all types of weather.
• Can lift up to 50lbs and handle physical work.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers and weed control products.
• Learn to identify common lawn weeds, pests, and diseases.
• Operate spreaders, sprayers, and other equipment.
• Talk with customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Keep detailed notes on products used and services performed.
• Work outside daily.
