About The Position

Join our fast-growing organization as a Lawn Care Service Lead in Arundel. This is a hands-on, hourly leadership role ideal for someone who wants to guide the team in the field, support daily operations, and help develop technicians—without full managerial responsibilities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related industry (lead or senior technician experience preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a team-first, hands-on approach
• Technical knowledge with the ability to obtain an Applicator’s License within 30 days of hire
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• degree in horticulture, business, or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work alongside technicians, provide guidance, and model best practices in service and safety
• Assist with onboarding and training new hires; provide coaching and feedback
• Conduct spot checks, address service issues, and help resolve customer concerns
• Assist with routing, scheduling adjustments, and equipment readiness
• Reinforce safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Step in as needed for complex jobs, seasonal services, and coverage support
